We have advanced technology-powerful processing capacity and sound testing measures. Our quality control systems have been audited, and we also have got the Production Permission License from the Ministry of Railways in China.
We are dedicated to producing fasteners, especially railway fasteners, with our 630 sets of specialized equipment and 120 employees. Among them, there are 30 technical staff members and 90 skilled workers. The factory occupies an area of 7164 square meters,4500 square meters of factory buildings. Our fixed assets now reach USD4500.
We can produce and supply six categories of products:
1) Elastic rail clips
2) Dog spikes, square head screw spikes, timber drive spikes, track bolts, T-bolts, fish bolts and nuts, switch and crossing bolts and high tensile bolts for rail bridges
3) Various types and sizes of tie plates for railway with wooden sleepers, concrete sleepers or steel sleepers, gauge plates, tie pads, fish plate and joint bars
4) Steel sleepers, steel structures, point rails for switch and crossing, steel models, rail braces, welded shoulders and rail anchors
5) Some kinds of track tools and maintenance tools such as spike mauls, railroad pikes, claw bars, tie punches, track wrenches and rail jacks
6) Nuts for general use. Our total annual output has amounted to 56,000 metric tons
Under comprehensive quality control, all of our products sell well not only in China, supplying to every railway administrative bureaus and engineering companies, but also in the world markets, such as the USA, Canada, Cuba, Germany, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia and Africa. Our goods have been inspected by SGS and sell at a reasonable price as well as delivery in time. So we have enjoyed high prestige among our customers.
